Michelle Gardner

BSc MRICS

Chartered Surveyor and Director of G Squared Commercial Property Management

Michelle has over 40 years of specialised experience in commercial property management. She deals with landlord and tenant matters and property management, including lease administration, tenant relations, and overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial portfolios. Michelle is highly regarded for her strategic insight, extensive industry knowledge, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

In her spare time, Michelle is a keen dancer and enjoys the challenge of learning new languages.  She enjoys gardening and cooking with home grown produce.

Sarah Grundy

BSc MRICS

Chartered Surveyor and Director of G Squared Commercial Property Management

Sarah has over 15 years of specialised experience in commercial property management.  She deals with day-to-day management activities to ensure clients’ sites operate efficiently, remain compliant, and deliver long-term value for owners and occupiers alike.  She is known for her practical problem-solving skills and delivers effective, results-driven management solutions whilst fostering strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure commercial objectives are met.

Sarah is a keen netball player and B award netball umpire.  When she isn’t doing that, she enjoys helping on the farm and taking her dog Hugo for walks in the countryside.

Jessica Shouler

Finance Assistant

Jess manages service charge accounts, processes supplier invoices, and handles tenant and client queries, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations across commercial property portfolios. Jess is known for her organisational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and dedication to providing reliable support.

Jess enjoys exploring the countryside with her labrador Nala, playing rounders and spending time with her family.

Suzanne Addis

Team Coordinator

Suzanne has extensive experience supporting office operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. She provides assistance across the team, helping with administrative tasks, scheduling, and any other support needed to keep the office and its projects running efficiently. Suzanne is known for her proactive approach, dedication to supporting her colleagues and maintaining a productive work environment.

Suzanne enjoys walking her dog Chewie and spending time with her family.  She can also be found with her head in a good book or watching a show at the theatre.

Emily Brown

Assistant Property Manager

Emily supports the daily operations of our management portfolio by working closely with clients, tenants, and contractors to support efficient property operations. She assists with daily management activities, coordinates maintenance and contractor services, and helps ensure client objectives are met whilst maintaining high standards of service for both clients and tenants.  Emily is recognised for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

Outside of work, Emily’s family are heavily involved with Malvern Rugby Club, she enjoys long walks—often taking in a stop at the local pub, spending quality time with friends, and shopping pre‑loved vinyl for her new record player.

Paula Jones

Client Account Manager

Paula has experience in managing landlord and tenant relationships, including invoicing, client statements and arrears management. She works closely with landlords, tenants, and the team to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and clear communication around client accounting matters. Paula is known for her ability to handle sensitive financial discussions while maintaining positive working relationships.

When she is not working Paula loves to walk her dog, meet up with fellow dog walkers for a natter and to let the dogs play and playing with her pet pigeons.
